Technically as far as I can judge i.O. car drives, can be switched and braked. Brakes must be overtaken or replaced due to longer service life. ABS control goes out when driving. The vehicle is mostly dry. There is no loss of oil. Interior wear phenomena corresponding to age. Non-smoking vehicle.

Thus, the vehicle can either be prepared or used as a parts dispenser.
