I sell my Audi A4 B7 S-line due to the purchase of a new vehicle.

The Audi has always been maintained by me and is in good, used condition for its age. The vehicle has been driven regularly and, according to its age and mileage, there are of course traces of use.

The vehicle can be visited and tested by prior agreement. A visit is expressly desired so that the buyer himself can get an idea of the condition of the vehicle.

Private sale: The sale takes place privately, excluding liability for material defects. No guarantee or withdrawal. The exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or damages arising from injury to life, body or health. Likewise, claims due to fraudulently concealed defects or an expressly assumed guarantee remain unaffected.

The buyer confirms with the purchase that he had the opportunity to visit and inspect the vehicle.
