For sale is my well maintained BMW 120i (F20 LCI, 5-door) in Alpinweiss with Edition M Sport.

I've been driving the vehicle since August 2022. I bought it directly from BMW Munich as tested used cars. The first owner was a company customer of BMW. The vehicle history can thus be traced from the beginning.

The car is a non-smoking vehicle and has been regularly serviced in specialist workshops. All invoices and documents are available and will be delivered upon sale.

## Maintenance & History

The vehicle was regularly maintained. All important works are documented by invoices.

In addition, there is a small, already improved and lacquered scratch on a door from an earlier strip damage in a underground garage. I would like to mention this specifically so that the condition of the vehicle can be clearly traced.

Apart from this, the vehicle is in a well maintained, age-appropriate condition. No grate, uniform tire profile and technically fully functional.

- TÜV/AU up to 09/2026 - Fresh TÜV can be made on request before handover - brake fluid change is expected to be back in connection with the next TÜV - Oil change is carried out only 07/2025; since then only about 500 km
