A BMW 1 is for sale from private property.

The vehicle is in a completely neat and used condition for its age and can of course be visited before purchase and rehearsed after consultation.

Vehicle data:

The vehicle is offered as a private sale.

It is important to me that the buyer can make himself a picture of the vehicle before the purchase. Sightseeing and sampling are therefore expressly desired.

Please note: It is a used vehicle. Due to the age and running performance, traces of use due to age and use as well as possible wear phenomena are present. A guarantee or guarantee of quality is not accepted by me as a private seller.

The sale shall be effected with the exclusion of material liability. Exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as to damages arising from a deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty by the seller. Likewise, claims due to incorrectly concealed defects or an expressly accepted guarantee remain unaffected.

Tour and sampling after appointment possible. In case of serious interest, please report.

Private sale – no withdrawal and no re-negotiation after sightseeing and agreement.
