2001 BMW E39 520i M54b22

I hereby offer my BMW E39 520i for sale in Titansilber Metallic. I've been using him as a daily for the last few months and just notice that I want to have something newer and reduce my fleet.

The car runs perfectly, engine and gearbox do not make any problems, it pulls clean and the switching operations are very soft. The sliding roof also works without problems, but when opening completely it cracks once, which does not restrict the function. In recent years, some things have come new, whether due to defects or simply precautionary. Newcomers include: Cooler, water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, coolant compensation container, various hoses, valve cover.

The E39 stands on original BBS rims in 15 inches with winter tires. Furthermore, the 5th upgrade speaker has received both front and rear. In the same course, a BlueMusic adapter was built to the original radio rear so that you can easily connect your phone to Bluetooth and listen to music in very good quality. A removable trailer coupling is also present.

Now to the unbelievable things. A big negative aspect is that the car now has some signs of use like dents, macks and scratches due to its 25 years of use. The previous owner had a slight accident at that time, in which someone drove him into the passenger door and this was tied up due to it. Airbags have not been triggered. The passenger door can be opened and closed without any problems, only the optics have been affected. The airbag lamp lights because the window lifter was defective at the passenger door and the previous owner wanted to swap it, cleared the door, but then no longer had time to finish everything and then only put the cover on it. Only the new window lifter and the airbag should be reinstalled. All parts are available and will be delivered upon purchase. Probably with the most famous point in the models is and remains, rust. Of course, the 5 is not spared. However, it still stays in the frame and it is actually (still) nothing pushed through, except for the place between the tailgate and the tail bumper, but for that I have a welding sheet lying here, which is of course also given. The valve cover seal should also be replaced because it loses oil there. It costs 20-30 and is a work of about 30 minutes. The radio unfortunately has pixel errors in the display, which does not restrict the function.

I still have some parts including brake pads, another set of rims for the car in the basement, which is naturally given when buying. TÜV still has the car until 05.2027, so just log in and start. With a few handles, you have a nice everyday car, which brings you reliably from A to B.

The car is now logged off the days, so a test drive is only possible to a limited extent. The price is negotiable.
