BMW 320d hobby vehicle / Part carrier 305,000 km BMW 320d, built in 2005, 305,000 km

I sell my BMW 320d with 305,000 km. Until recently, the vehicle was used daily for about 88 km of motorway and ran reliably in normal driving operations.

Currently, the vehicle is not ready to drive. The battery light started while driving, shortly after the engine went out. It is therefore suspected that the alternator is defective. The battery is now empty. With a different or bridged battery, the vehicle can be started again, so that it might be possible to drive the BMW on a trailer. However, due to the current state, the pickup should be prepared accordingly.

Unfortunately, I did not have the time to change the alternator, but once it was changed, the car is fully ready to drive again.

Known defects:

Not a TU

Presumably alternator defective

Battery empty

Oil pan seal must be renewed

Right rear spring must be renewed

Rear brakes must be renewed

The engine jerks at the start and standing, is on the engine bearings. When driving you feel none of it the engine runs quite calmly and reliably.

The required parts for oil pan seal, right rear Spring and rear brakes are available and are given at the purchase.

In the last few months already made:

Right control arm incl. Transverse link bearing renewed

Both front brake discs and brake linings renewed

Right wheel bearing renewed

Track rod heads renewed

Air mass meter renewed

Air filter renewed about half a year ago

Oil change performed

Due to the current condition, the vehicle is particularly suitable for hobbyists, screwdrivers or as part carriers/battles. Anyone who enjoys restoring an E46 can certainly make something of it here. Sale expressly as a hobbyist vehicle in current condition.

Just pick up!!

A collection with a trailer or Towing vehicle is recommended. With another battery, the vehicle can possibly be started and drive on the trailer.
