2010 BMW e91 Touring 320d M-Paket

The BMW runs extremely well and quietly. There has been extensive maintenance of various wear and vehicle parts in recent years. Many cost-intensive works have already been carried out (invoices available).

Known optical/technical points:

The vehicle requires paint care on the roof (see photo) and shows traces of age-related use. On the bumper, the lacquer is partially peeled off (see photo). Furthermore, there is a small hole in the tailgate (from a tow bar of the previous owner, see photo).

There is a small problem, which affects as follows: when the car is (exclusively) stationary, the battery discharges after about 4 days. Furthermore, the central locking does not work by remote control. I assume the two mistakes are related. In normal everyday life, this is not a big problem, but should be considered by the buyer accordingly.
