BMW 325xi 6-cylinder – not ready for use – extensive repairs

For sale is a BMW 325xi with 6-cylinder engine.

In recent weeks, extensive work and renewals were carried out on the vehicle:

• Control chain renewed • VANOS adjustment units renewed • various sensors renewed • Magnetic valves renewed • 6 new spark plugs • 6 new ignition coils • Engine oil and oil filter renewed • valve cover seal including screws renewed • Renewed check valves

Current state:

The engine does not currently build up sufficient oil pressure. The exact cause has not yet been finally determined. A further inspection and repair in the area of oil pressure supply is required.

The vehicle is not currently ready for use due to this problem and must not be transferred on its own axle.

The collection is therefore possible exclusively with a suitable trailer or transport vehicle.

I give off the vehicle due to lack of time for further troubleshooting and repair. It is suitable for someone who can carry out the necessary work himself or herself.

The sale takes place in the current state and with explicit reference to the technical defect described.

Price is negotiable in a reasonable framework on the ground for serious interest.

Please no “Last Price?” requests or unrealistic offers.

Private sale: The sale is done by private. No guarantee, no withdrawal and exclusion of the liability of property, as far as permitted by law. The buyer is expressly informed about the currently missing oil pressure and the resulting lack of readiness to drive.
