What do we know about the BMW?

The 3er was taken over from BMW-Sammlerhand in 2014 with a running capacity of 165,000 km and has been regularly maintained and continuously maintained. Directly after the purchase, a small inspection was carried out including all liquid changes and the elimination of an electrical problem. In addition, the trailer coupling was disassembled. In 2015, ignition cables, printed circuit board and toothed belts were renewed. Another replacement of the ignition cables took place after a marten bite. The radio telescope antenna was also renewed and the automatic gear selector lever was exchanged for a high-quality leather version. In 2017, the tacho was checked at Weinhöppel.

In 2019, the main investigation and extensive maintenance work including the renewal of brake fluid, cooling fluid, exhaust and belts took place. In addition, the brake lines were preserved. In 2020, a fender was trained and painted professionally. In 2022, the rims were repaired, whereby scratches and chip damage were eliminated and the rims were repainted. In the same year, extensive work took place again at 201.676 km: main examination, engine oil change, renewal of the brakes front, coupling rods, distributor cap including finger and toothed belt with water pump. Additionally, bodywork was carried out and existing grate points were removed professionally. The vehicle is in a well maintained state with extensive documentation of the work carried out and is ideally suited as a reliable classic or Lover vehicle.
