He has been in my possession since 2010 and has always been treated with care and all maintenance and necessary repairs as well as underfloor protection.

Last repair maintenance work: Exhaust system and diesel particulate filter original and has normal values (was tested and reset by the BMW workshop). Chassis measurement was also carried out. August 2025, the front windshield wiper was completely renewed and the automatic transmission was measured because of shifting problems, gaskets and electronic parts were renewed and the transmission flushing for 2075€ was carried out by a BMW specialist company. In April 2026 the engine was replaced because of a valve break. Tested replacement engine with max. 190000km was installed. All inclusive turbocharger was tested for 5694€ by a specialist firm for engine repair in Deggendorf. June 2026: The rear two summer tyres as well as hand brakes, brake discs and blocks were renewed as well as brake fluid exchange. Cable harness on tailgate has already been renewed and the tailgate has been painted because of rust - BMW disease. TÜV - HU 09 / 2028 is new and without defects – report available.

First registration: July 2007 KM: 331083 body and max. 190000km of the engine! Individual parts were repainted in 2010 due to scratches. In 2024 I had a slight wild damage on the front / side of the driver. Here the headlight was replaced. Light scratches/painting/delle on the front apron, fenders and doors are still available. However, he still has old signs of use such as scratches, rockets, smaller damages etc. The engine runs well, gearbox switches clean and the interior is maintained for running performance. But because of the age of the vehicle and private sale: No guarantee / withdrawal. The sale is made without any liability for defects. Liability for damages due to injuries of health, body or life and grossly negligent and/or intentional injuries of my duties as a seller remains unaffected.

Car is currently still registered (until the end of September) but will be unsubscribed before handover.
