2000 BMW 523i / E39 / SD / Leder / TÜV bis 12/27

For sale is a biarritz blue BMW E39 523i from 01/2000 with manual five-speed transmission from third hand. Current Mileage: 176.900, TÜV to 12/2027

Very nice color combination - dark blue metallic, grey leather equipment, wood trim elements

The 523i is well 26 years old and is in a reasonable overall state with potential. The interior is very well maintained, shows hardly any signs of wear after 26 years and has been prepared. The conformation has some traces of use corresponding to the age (see among others pictures) as well as rusty spot at rear sills. I wanted to do that gradually - TÜV is still valid until 12/27. I bought new tires, now drove about 1,000 km by car and everything works: engine runs smoothly, air conditioning machine cools, gear can be switched clean and the chassis feels good. Brake in front squeaks something, would have to get new discs in the medium term.

I bought the E39 as a youngtimer/lover vehicle only 2 months ago, as I would like to enjoy the “real car driving” as a hobby next to my company car. From the 523i I gradually wanted to make a great classic. With an unexpected family change, I got another vehicle inherited and must sell the BMW accordingly. I do not want to make a financial plus with the sale, but to get the selling price paid by me.
