2007 BMW 5er E61 525d LCI M57 Handschalter

For sale is my BMW E61 525d LCI with the popular M57D30TU2, 197 HP, 6-speed manual and rear drive.

The mileage can change because the car is currently used as an everyday vehicle.

The BMW is 3rd hand. 1. Hand was Sixt, then a family father and then I. Always approved in Germany and mainly moved on long distance. According to previous owners no accident known.

The combination of LCI, M57, manual switch and rear drive was an essential buying ground for me. The deliberately missing sliding roof was also one of my reasons for purchase.

Engine / Maintenance

The M57 runs clean, does not consume oil and the turbo runs perfectly.

Oil change about every 8,000 km, a total of 5 oil changes in my possession.

Exhaust were made, among other things, large service, all liquids, engine oil/filter, brake fluid interior and engine air filter, complete front axle incl. upper/lower crossbars and tiebar heads coupling rods right front left front and the rubbers of the stabis, 3D axis measurement, original BMW windshield with green wedge, right rear wheel bearing + anchor plates rear side

Rear flap cable harness has already been repaired by the previous owner. Air suspension keeps tight. DPF shows about 200,000 km of residual running distance.

Suspension / brakes

MTS speed suspension.

Large 550i front/back brake system, reworked with Zimmermann discs, ATE linings, completely disassembled and gold powder coated, new brake pistons front/back seals and steel flexible lines.

Conversions are removed and registered.

Wheels

7,500 VB: 18 BMW Styling M135 included.

8,500 VB: 19 BMW Styling 132 including new Kumho Ecsta PS72 tires.

19: VA 245/35 R19, HA 275/30 R19. Combination removed and entered.

Condition

Interior for age/running performance very well maintained. Complete intensive care in my possession including Extension of seats, wet cleaning and care with cooking chemistry. Regular hand wash.

External normal signs of use, smaller stone chips and minimal scrubbers.

Known deficiencies: small dent on the rear wheel side as well as light grate attachment on the tailgate. Don't go through and fix.

Important

Currently lighting ABS and DTC. According to my knowledge, this is related to the built-in wheel/ripen size and would have to be coded accordingly. I'm currently missing the possibilities. I expressly mention this and I do not want to conceal anything.

No performance increase and nothing coded out.

TÜV until 03/2027, extension possible at request for extra charge.

Purpose

I'm making my BE lead ticket, as I want to draw a bigger follower in the future. For this, the E61 is not sufficient for my purpose or does not have the required trailer load.

The sale is therefore due to a change in my intended use and not due to pending repairs.
