The expansion was implemented by two boat builders from Lübeck as a winter project. The Schnierle rail system with three seats in the rear is particularly practical. The seats can be arranged flexibly and can be installed and removed. As a result, the interior can be designed as required. Were, for example, friends without children traveling with the camper, they had only two of the rear seats installed, so that the table could remain standing. Theoretically, a further seat can also be retrofitted via the Schnierle system, so that 6 seats are then present. Then it becomes correspondingly narrower in the interior.

With a length of 5.40 m and a height of 2.52 m, the Ducato remains comparatively compact. As a result, road trips and campsites are still in many places where larger campers become impractical. At the same time, it offers significantly more space and standing height than our previous VW bus without a rooftop for us was precisely this combination at the time the reason to decide for this vehicle. In our eyes, the combination of 5 seats + sleeping possibility + compact vehicle size + everyday suitability is very attractive.
