2019 Ford Fiesta

Offer on behalf for health reasons the used, very well-preserved fiesta. It is a 2nd hand vehicle. He got new all-weather tyres. It is still dealer guarantee until November. The price is a basis for negotiation, but these questions, which is last price, or I offer, an appel and egg, are not answered by me on principle. Due to the legal provisions, the sale takes place under exclusion of any material defect liability and warranty. The buyer agrees to this and acknowledges this with his purchase. Since this is a private sale, I cannot assume a guarantee and take back under EU law.
