Sell my Ford Focus due to new purchase. The car has some visual defects, dents, scratches and rust. The engine is running properly. Unfortunately, the Ford has not had a TÜV since March 2025. Recently, the speedometer sets off from time to time and the exhaust rattles something. Otherwise, the Ford is ready to drive. The car is logged off. The sale takes place under exclusion of any material defect liability. Any warranty, warranty or liability for visible or hidden defects is expressly excluded. The buyer agrees to accept the object of purchase as inspected and excluding any repossession or improvement. For any consequential damages, loss of use, lost profit or other direct or indirect damages will not be liable.
