For intra-EU B2B sales, we are legally required to complete a KYC check before finalizing the sale.

Please provide:

(1) Commercial Register extract 2) Owner ID with photo 3) Valid VAT ID

We will perform a VIES check before the sale.

MONITORING If your VAT ID is valid in VIES and the vehicle is eligible for net sale for EU or non-EU export, we will invoice net - 0% Danish VAT.

⛔ If the VIES check fails, the sale will be invoiced gross including 25% Danish VAT.

Non-EU Export: 25% VAT deposit or by agreement, plus €53 MRN customs fee, required before release.

VAT deposit is refunded once valid Follow proof of export (MRN-up + Transit) from the European Commission is provided.

For Net Cars Documentation: Net invoicing requires full VAT documentation.

For EU Intra Community Supply: If no CMR is available upon arrival, we will provide a Customer Declaration (DE request confirmation) as proof of EU supply.
