2012 Hyundai i40

I offer a used Hyundai I 40 here for new acquisition. Currently the vehicle is still registered. Deficiencies known to me are a broken steering wheel lock and according to the workshop an unbalance in the brakes.

The vehicle is sold without any warranty. The exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from grossly negligent or intentional violation of obligations of the seller as well as for any violation of life, body and health.

Even if the vehicle has deficiencies, I will not give it away and ask for undamaged last price either.
