Condition and known defects:

The vehicle is not in running order. The engine does not start and did not go crazy in the previous start attempts. An attempt with another battery was unsuccessful.

A workshop expressed the suspicion of engine damage or hydrostroke. However, a final diagnosis was not made.

Source and vehicle documents:

I bought the vehicle new in Ukraine and am the first owner. The vehicle was later duly registered in Germany and is now deregistered. This is therefore an import vehicle. The German vehicle documents, registration certificate Part I and Part II, are available.

The vehicle is my unrestricted property and is not under lease and is not financed.

Sale and collection:

A visit is possible by arrangement. The vehicle must be picked up by the buyer at his own expense with a suitable trailer or towing vehicle.

The sale is made exclusively in person, after examination of a valid ID and with a written ADAC purchase agreement including an attachment to the vehicle condition signed by both parties. Vehicle documents and keys are only handed over after full payment.

Private sale under exclusion of liability for material and legal defects, as far as permitted by law. No withdrawal. All circumstances and defects known to me are recorded in writing in the purchase contract.

Please only serious questions. The price already takes into account the condition, the lack of willingness to drive and the origin of the vehicle and is therefore no longer negotiable.
