TURBO DEFECT, OIL BURNING, POWER LOSS AND HIGH LOAD Technically, the car starts and can move at low speed / low rpm, but I do NOT recommend driving it. With turbo defect + oil burning, there is risk of more engine damage, DPF / catalytic converter damage, and in worst case engine runaway.
