2002 BMW e39 Touring

For sale is a BMW E39 Touring 520i with 2.2-liter engine and 170 hp. The vehicle is technically in a very good condition and is absolutely suitable for everyday use.

Engine and gearbox are running perfectly. The motor runs smoothly and cleanly, the transmission switches softly and without problems. Oil changes were carried out regularly every 10,000 km. Overall, the vehicle is comfortable and reliable.

Work already done:

- Control chain renewed at about 185,000 km - New spark plugs - New brakes at the rear - New handbrake ropes

Equipment:

- 4x electric window lifters - sliding roof - Automatic air conditioning (works perfectly and cools very well) - JBL speakers at the rear - Registered Nord Performance chassis Aluminum rims included

Known defects:

- PDC behind without function (did not disturb me personally) Air duct on the right must be new My recommendation would be to change the KGE - Small Rempler on the rear bumper from the previous owner - Front bumper must be properly inserted into the guide again - Scratches on the trunk, normal wear traces - small rust points in front, similar to stone strikes; otherwise no rust known - Entry bars should be renewed Summer tyres should be replaced. - Bonnet rope must be renewed. Currently I have fixed the rope provisionally, so that the hood can still be opened and the function is given. - The steering wheel sometimes vibrates between about 80 and 120 km/h. Presumably this is related to the older winter tires, as they have a small bump.

The vehicle is sold under exclusion of material defect liability.

Any warranty and guarantee is excluded. A withdrawal is also excluded.
