1980 Mercedes-Benz Mercedes Benz / W107 / 500 SLC

Hello everyone,

because of switching to another model I offer a Mercedes 500 SLC for purchase, a German vehicle. The vehicle is, for its age, in really good condition. The vehicle was repainted by the previous owner in 2019. The two front fenders were renewed with original parts from Mercedes. The car is not perfect, but in a really good condition = paint, chrome and leather, is sold with original aluminium wheels the Borbet wheels are no more. Vehicle is logged out in October and the display is deleted. FIXED PRICE Possible trade-in!

The sale is made to the exclusion of any warranty, guarantee and withdrawal. Since this is a private sale, I cannot assume a guarantee under new EU law. The buyer agrees to expressly waive guarantee, withdrawal, reductions and renegotiations. (312 d. para 4 no. 5 BGB) and acknowledges this with his payment or purchase!

According to the new EU law, this addition must be included under every online sales campaign, otherwise the seller is also liable as a private person for the goods sold for a whole year.
