Absolute rarity, since the complete history can be traced up to the original purchase documents.

Yes, the vehicle is a U.S. import, but for it a rear window frame that is not covered by rust, a disease that affects almost every SEC that has been driven all year round.

From 1982 to 2018, the maintenance bills amount to over $65,000. A 380 weak point has already been fixed in the USA - the simple control chain has been converted to a double chain for just under 5,000 dollars.

I bought the vehicle here in Germany in 2019 and have it manufactured by a 126 specialist in Munich for operation in Germany. The works for obtaining the paragraph 21 included a great service with all oils:

German lighting system in front + rear with E-mark (original parts of MB) - New tyres - Km/H Tacho - original part of MB! - The original Tacho is naturally present. - All hydraulic work e.g. Seat lock Passenger seat - Exchange of important seals and cuffs

In the spring/summer 2023, the following work was carried out on the vehicle: - Great service incl. Engine oil, gear oil and differential oil and all filters - brake pads and discs on the front axle - spark plug change - Welding work on the exhaust system - Cold start valve and pressure regulator renewed - Brake support bearing front axle left and right - Various cosmetic painting works, for example remove stone chips - locking of the window lifters in the guide rails - ozone cleaning of the interior - TÜV and AU renewed until 08/2025

Since June 2025, the SEC has been in the garage. The vehicle is currently only conditionally ready for use and should be exclusively brought with hanger and experienced a service before the first start-up. I took this into account in the price!

Of course, 41 years have not passed the coupe without trace. There are of course traces of use and an honest patina. It should be noted that the rear window frame susceptible to grate is in an excellent unwelded state - a fact that hardly one vehicle can offer DE or the EU room. Furthermore, all chrome parts are in a wonderful crack-free state and shine uniformly.
