Sell a loyal, extremely flexible and consistently maintained Mercedes-Benz Viano/Vito 111 CDI (series 639) with fresh TÜV until January 2027! The vehicle has a running power of currently approx. 350,000 km and has a trailer coupling (AHK), which is ideal for transports, caravans or bicycle carriers. Anyone who knows this series knows about the vulnerabilities – in this vehicle the most important and expensive works have already been done in master plants. The history can be fully documented by existing workshop calculations of recent years. Highlights & Investments (2023–2026): • Body & rust protection (December 2024): The typical vulnerabilities have been completely eliminated. The car lifter recordings (left and right) were refurbished professionally by partial replacement, a new sill (original Mercedes-Benz) was welded in and epoxy foundation and underbody protection were plotted (Rechnung Karosserieservice über 2,314,55 €). In the same course a new front was installed. • Fresh TÜV (January 2025): The main investigation was successfully completed in January 2025 (next HU 01/2027). • Large engine repair & belts (January 2025): The complete drive belt kit has been renewed. Due to a torn screw on the deflection roller, the entire vehicle front was disassembled and the thread was repaired professionally (calculation above € 1,240.37). • Drive & brakes (2023/2024): In January 2024 the middle joint shaft (axle drive) was renewed and a new tailgate lock was installed (€1.013.74). In July 2024, the brakes were completely refurbished at the front (discs + loadings) and at the rear (coverings) (701.56 €). In addition, in June 2024, the brake caliper was replaced at the rear left, including brake fluid change (339.30 €). • Further maintenance: New generator/light machine including regulator at Mercedes-Partner (April 2023, 1.069,95 €) and a large service A (March 2023, 414,72 €). Lastly, in February 2026 the interior blower was renewed (276.65 €).
