1986 MINI Austin Mini Cooper Cabrio 1.3 SPI

I bought the mini in 07/2002. He had already converted to the convertible, had green lacquer and 59,500 Km. The body was married to a 1.3 SPI Cooper engine with 64 hp before buying. The engine comes from a mini with first registration in 01/1993.

Now, almost 24 years later, I want to sell my mini to a mini-lover or enthusiast. The paint has changed slightly over 20 years ago from the above-mentioned green into gray metallic. The top is still black. The then plastic top was renewed by a solid fabric top. The mini does not lose its typical appearance even with a closed top.

The dashboard is made of the classic root wood with speedometer and tachometer. A practical cigarette lighter is available as a useful power source for a navigation or other accessories. The radio is connected to 4 blue-point speakers. AUX and USB port are available (operating instructions for radio are available).

In 04/2015, someone on the driver's side has moved me in. As part of the damage regulation, a value assessment was prepared. The damage was, of course, technically eliminated.

Since the mini is in my possession, it only runs in the season of 04/JJJ - 10/JJJ and is naturally accommodated in a garage.

In the last 24 years, the mini has actually been running just under 27,000 Km.

The mini rolls on 165 tires, which are raised to 12 inch revolution rims. The exhaust system (RC 40) produces a sporty, pleasant sound.
