2008 MINI Mini Cooper One 1.4 (R56) - Katalysator is...

I sell my Mini Cooper R56 with the 1.4L engine (95 hp). With start/stop, tempomat and climate.

The vehicle is visually and technically in a good condition of care (craters and dents) corresponding to the age, but must now be soft, because I simply lack time and patience for the upcoming main examination.

The main facts:

Chequebooked: documented without a gap.

Tax chain: Has already been renewed by the previous owner (registered in the checkbook).

Fresh oil service: oil and filters have just been renewed.

Status: The vehicle is immediately unsubscribed and will be handed over.

Renewed & completed for TÜV:

All mechanical defects for the main examination have been completely eliminated and removed. Among other things, investments were made:

brake hoses completely new Both hand brake cables new Both lambda probes (pre- and post-cat) are replaced by new parts of a well-known brand.

To the current state regarding TÜV / AU:

The only obstacle to the new plaque is the exhaust gas test (AU): According to the workshop, the catalyst is aged/deficient and must be renewed to achieve the CO values at the AU.

Because of the defective catalyst, the car occasionally stinks out of the exhaust.

Since the deadline for the review has now expired and I do not want to invest any more money or time, I leave the completion to the successor.

Conclusion: Ideal for screwdrivers, hobby mechanics or export. Whoever exchanges the catalyst gets a top-maintened mini with finished homework (control chain, brakes, probes, oil new).
