Mini with gearbox problem:

At BMW, he used his checkbook, but he had problems with the automatic transmission for a few weeks. The gear is of type Aisin Warner GA8F22AW The car was already with a specialist in automatic transmission (DonSimon transmission technology), who exchanged the mechatronics because a solenoid valve was defective. After the repair, however, there was still a fault of the transmission. According to DonSimon's assessment, the clutches were very greatly worn by consequential damage to the broken electronics, which is why a fault of the drive is displayed and the switching processes are thus impeded.

The vehicle itself indicates: Continue driving possible, full drive power not available, let service partners check.

Error images: Roughing during switching Partly high speed and late switching processes despite low gas. Reverse gear takes very long to engaged. After longer travel, switching processes become worse, in some cases even jerk-like power reduction during the acceleration process.

Since we cannot take care of it, the mini should be sold with the error, a repair of the gear or an exchange is possible. A change on hand switches might also be feasible.

Winter tires on original rims, accessories summer wheels as in the pictures. Car has been in service with BMW throughout.

Equipment is top, car is good. It's one of the last without OPF, sounds good. At the paint there is a stone chip on the bonnet (last photo). Can be viewed and tested.
