The pilot operation of the Heining Porsche Centre under the flag of the express vehicle was officially launched. This is the Porsche Centre in Heining City and the 13th Porsche Centre in Grand China. This represents a further expansion of the investment in the Chinese interior market, extending the flagship car business landscape to more long triangle regional markets and providing a standard service experience for more clients in East China.

The Heining Porsche Centre is the Porsche Centre, a new Porsche Centre in the Zhejiang region, which fully utilizes the new Porsche concept of “wiseness plan”. The total area of the Centre is 7,592 square metres, and the total area of the three-storey buildings, including garages, is 9,782 square metres. It is one of the country ' s largest level-I Porsche 4S stores, equipped with many sales and after-sale services such as exhibition halls, mechanics and sprays. The store has a number of new fast-charge equipment for pure electric vehicles to match the Porsche ' s pure electric running vehicle, Taycan, which can charge up to 80 per cent of the vehicle in half an hour. With regard to information technology, the Heining Porsche Centre has also applied leading digital technologies and programmes in the industry, reflecting the innovative digital strategy that has been pursued by fast-track cars. The introduction of a centralized control platform for multimedia in the new centre exhibition hall, modularization and integration of client interaction controls have increased the efficiency and relevance of client services.

In October 2021, Jianjin Automobile was declared fully carbon neutral in 2020 for all 21 Internet sites in the region and its Shanghai office, and became a group of domestic car dealers declaring full carbon neutrality. This time, at the Heining Porsche Centre, it was built on the globally authoritative Global Green Building Evaluation System (GEED) gold-grade standard, with the aim of building a Porsche-level pole. All lighting systems in the new centre have introduced LED lamps to reduce electricity consumption and wear; the centre has introduced advanced geothermal pumping systems, which at the same time provide a comfortable environment for customers while avoiding the environmental impact of heat releases; the solar photovoltaic system has been installed, which, while meeting the centre ' s electricity use, can be used in low valleys to reverse transmission to the national electricity grid to reduce carbon emissions and environmental pollution during the generation of electricity in power plants; the centre has an air garden on its roof, which allows customers to conserve their energy in the spring and autumn, while providing better experience and reducing the consumption of air-conditioning; and the outer wall has been equipped with vertical greening, which can also reduce the use of indoor air-conditioning at the same time as increasing customer ' s perception. In the area of human care, the Heining Porsche Centre has designed barrier-free facilities and gymnasiums to meet the multiple needs of clients and employees.

Long-term focus on the development of talent, continuous improvement of the workforce, emphasis on joint growth of staff and enterprises, and delivery of quality services to clients beyond expectations. As at the end of January 2022, the Heining Porsche Centre had 30 active staff, comprising four technicians (one global Porsche certified copper technician) and four sales consultants. Four of the employees were transferred from other Porsche centres under the flag to the Heining Porsche Centre, with an average length of 10 years of service in the accelerated period. That's it
