A classic with history

The Porsche 928 was presented in 1977 as a completely new concept and was originally intended to replace the 911 – a brave step in the Porsche history. With its front motor V8 and balanced transaxle drive, the 928 set new standards in the Gran Turismo segment.

Originally delivered in Asheville, North Carolina (Autohaus of Asheville), the vehicle was brought to Titusville in Florida by the first owner, a lawyer. Until 2006, the Porsche, which was stored in an air-conditioned garage, only drove in the best weather, about 2,500km a year. After a large inspection, the car was then sold to a Porsche collection in Pembroke, Florida, where the vehicle traveled a total of 8,000km, for weekend trips as well as Porsche hit.
