Renault Mégane III RS Cup 265 hp – 2013 – approx. 30,000 km

For sale: Renault Mégane 3 RS Cup, 2013, with approximately 30,000 km.

The car is currently registered in Poland and located near Toulouse, France.

It starts, drives and runs normally.

The vehicle was previously registered in France and was involved in an accident in 2022. It was subsequently repaired and legally re-registered in Poland.

When I recently tried to register the car again in France, I discovered that the former French registration still shows an administrative suspension linked to a “damaged vehicle” procedure from 2022. Because of this, I cannot currently re-register the car in France without reopening and regularising that old French administrative procedure.

The official France Titres certificate currently states:

The car has its original Polish registration documents and has already been legally registered in another EU country. I am not aware of any active opposition preventing registration in another European country, but the buyer should verify the registration requirements in their own country before purchase.
