From now on, the new EU law requires the following notice of private sales. The offered articles are from my private property and I do not pursue commercial purposes with my auctions. Since private sellers also have to afford one year if they do not exclude this, I hereby declare that I do not take any warranty for my privately auctioned articles. By submitting an offer, you expressly agree to dispense fully with the warranty/guarantee that you are entitled to under the new EU law. Return and exchange are therefore excluded. No shipping.
