For sale is my Toyota Hilux VII 2.5 4x4, second hand a real, reliable working animal with character and history.

I saved the Toyo from a farm about three years ago. There it was used daily and stood predominantly in a barn. When I took it, it was heavily contaminated and had some technical defects: oil loss at the front differential, at the turbo and at the oil line, leaky brake lines, defective shock absorbers and damaged joints.

Since then, a lot has been invested in technical repair:

I have been driving Hilux for about three years without problems.

Of course, the body carries visible traces of its previous working life. There are different traces of use and smaller beauty defects are not an exhibition vehicle. However, the major damage was repaired professionally. Especially pleasing: The Hilux is almost rust-free, which can only be found very rarely in a vehicle of this age and this type.

The engine runs smoothly and clean, the gear switches softly and precisely. Mechanically a lot has been made so that today the Toyo is again what a Hilux should be: a robust, honest and reliable vehicle with a lot of potential.

Known defects:

The lock of the rear differential does not currently snap; probably an electrical problem. This was not important to me because I used the Hilux exclusively in urban transport. A slight deformation on the tire causes a low vibration during driving.

Whoever seeks a flawless new car is wrong here. However, if you are looking for a rare, honest and technically well-preserved work animal with a lot of character, you should look at this Hilux. The Hilux is not only a reliable companion for work and everyday life, but also a real cult vehicle. Its sturdy, striking appearance immediately falls on a vehicle that you can look after when it passes. Cool, authentic and with a very own radiance. Vehicles in such a functional, raw and original condition are rarely found today.
