Nut & Bolt Restored Volvo 850R Saloon for sale. Sold new to Italy, imported to Finland in 2004. Bought by current owner in 2018. Full nut & bolt restoration done in 2020-2021. Car is 100% rust free, every part of it is restored. After the restoration, the car has always been stored in a warm garage and only driven during summertime. Total of 4000 kilometers since the restoration. Total mileage 308 tkm. Car is in excellent condition and a real pleasure to drive.

Engine: • B5234T Engine block, bored to first oversize • Wiseco forged pistons, H-profile connecting rods, balanced together • Assembled with newbert, gaskets etc. • Cylinder head, lightly ported, valve works done • New Mitsubishi TD04HL-16T turbocharger • White Volvo/Bosch Injectors, professionally tested and serviced. Service documents available. • Do88 Aluminum intercooler and Silicone pipe connectors • New original radiator and waterpump, Do88 silicone water pants • M59 manual gearbox with new drive shafts, new clutch and pressure plate • Self-made 3” 316L Downpipe + Catalysator, Simons 2.5” Catback exhaust system • Timing belt kit, oils and fluids, new original battery, all filters etc.

Tech: • Air conditioning serviced/renewed, all new original Volvo parts – Works great • Evaporator, Compressor, Condenser and Drier

Chassis: Full overhaul, everything restored or renewed • Bilstein B6 Shocks, H&R -30 mm springs (Original 850R height) • IPD Sway Bar Kit front & rear with polyurethane bushings • Everything sand blasted and powder coated with gloss black • All Bushings replaced with original rubber bushings • New wheels (Volvo original) • New brake calipers, discs and pads (Volvo Original) • New brake lines and pantss, new brake shields (Volvo Original) • New parking brake pads, wees and other parts
