2003 Volvo S60 2.4t LPG

Volvo S60 2.4 Turbo 200 HP Prins LPG built in 2003 For sale is my Volvo S60, built in 2003, with 2.4 litre petrol engine, 200 hp and Prins gas system (LPG). The car currently has approx. 362500km.

Main deficiency: The car currently has a cooling water problem and loses cooling water. There is probably a leak or possibly a hair crack in the area of the motor. It has already been attempted twice to seal the problem with a sealing agent via the cooling water compensation container. The first attempt was about 5,0006,000 km. Although the second experiment still shows a certain effect, it is now unfortunately no longer sufficient.

The cylinder head seal was renewed in January 2026. The engine does not lose oil and is externally dry. The current cooling water problem continues.

Other known defects:

* Front right noise when steering, presumably wheel bearing or Warehouse damage must be tested more closely. * Headlights must be reset. * There is probably a leak at the petrol tank or at a hose in the area of the tank. There's some gasoline coming out when it comes to tanking. * As a result, there is probably also a problem with the mixture preparation or the idling. In everyday life this has not disturbed me so far. * The Prins gas plant requires an inspection/maintenance. * The automatic transmission no longer switches particularly clean and shows age-related weaknesses.
