We sell our Volvo V40 1.6 petrol engine, built in 2002, with 109 hp, manual transmission and about 207.000 km.

The Volvo is ready to drive, but currently deregistered and without a valid TÜV.

It has an interesting equipment for its age with black leather, seat heating, air conditioning and roof railing and is suitable either for someone who wants to restore it or as a spare parts dispenser / spare parts dispenser.

We sell it because we now need a stronger vehicle for trailer operation.

Known defects

TÜV has expired since April 2026.

To our knowledge, a new HU requires, among other things, the following work:

* Final silencer in need of renewal * Brake discs at the rear and brake linings must be renewed * A rear door cannot be opened * in the case of the other rear door, the handle or Defective mechanics * small dent on the rear fender

In addition, about four years ago an accident damage was repaired in the rear side area. A door was also replaced.

After the repair, the Volvo has twice come through the TÜV.

The car is unrepaired and sold in its current condition.

For screwdrivers or as spare parts dispensers

Who owns a V40 or likes to screw himself, could find interesting here.

Due to the existing leather equipment, seat heating, air conditioning, roof railing and other V40-specific parts, the vehicle can also be interesting as a spare parts provider.

Since the Volvo is deregistered, a test drive is only possible if it can be legally and insurance-related organized.

Private sale

Private sale under exclusion of material defect liability, as far as permitted by law.

The exclusion does not apply insofar as legally binding liability is imposed, in particular in the case of fraudulent concealment of a defect or in the case of an expressly assumed guarantee.

All information shall be provided in good faith. The known defects are stated in full to our knowledge.
