Volvo V70 I Volker Carbage Run Veteran with TÜV until 02/2028

It is with a heavy heart that I separate from my faithful Volvo V70 I, affectionately called Volker.

Volker has already experienced a lot. The previous owner started with him at the Pothole Rodeo and together we completed the Carbage Run 2024 15 countries in 5 days. He mastered the tour with one technical problem.

On the penultimate day of the rally, unfortunately, the synchronizing ring in the transmission has said goodbye. Since then, the 1st to 4th gear as well as the reverse gear work without problems, only the 5th. Gang is no longer usable. Despite this defect, we have successfully finished the rally and since then I drive the Volvo regularly and reliably in everyday life.
