The car has always been well maintained (regular inspections, 2025 all axle bearings renewed, etc.). Recently, a torn LiMa line has lost behind the cover of the motor control belt. That's why the Volvo has received a professional engine revision with overhauled cylinder head (purified, planned, reground valves, springs and shaft seals) in a Krefelder Fachwerkstatt (which I have entrusted our vehicles for years). Also renewed: Div. engine seals and screws, toothed belts with all rollers and water pump, both aggregate belts, swirl flap complete with housing and linkages, engine oil and filter, cooling liquid, etc. Despite "high pencil" the whole thing just cost me over 3,600 (invoices available). The engine now runs even more calmly and powerfully than before. I have the Volvo for 3 years; because the engine revision lasted several weeks, I have another car - otherwise I wouldn't leave the great car.
