In January, I bought this beautiful V70XC because the almost rusty and unfinished condition and the extensive equipment convinced me. The color 421-Dark Olive Pearl harmonizes wonderfully with the beige interior. The car was long owned by a count who needed him for his country seat. Over the past few years, about 7000 euro has been invested, all with invoices available. In 2024, the previous owner renewed the heat exchanger and thoroughly cleaned all carpets and the interior. In addition, new windshield wipers were used for the headlights and the servomotor of variable camshaft adjustment was renewed. I replaced the gas springs of the tailgate. It was clear to me that there is a repair of the angular gear in order to make the all-wheel drive functional again (material costs about 160,- Euro). The cardan shaft is expanded and a new one is ready. It has now been found that the cylinder head seal is also defective. And that exceeds my screwdriving skills and financial possibilities. So I now offer this car for sale. It is registered in a barn, but can be visited at any time. A test run is not possible due to lack of authorisation. The price is VHB.
