With this I offer my loyal and well maintained BMW E36 318ti Compact for sale.

History & documentation:

First registration: 01/1995

Current running performance: 176.000 km

Original vehicle letter, boarding folder and other documents are fully available.

TÜV: Valid until 03/2027.

Special features:

The factory-side equipment almost entirely corresponds to the very rare US special edition 318ti Club Sport (only 200 units built). This is, however, a German first delivery with great equipment from work: Original M-Technic Sportpaket & M-Sportfahrwerk ab Werk. Absolute highlight: Electric partial leather multipoint sports seats in Bicolor (red/black) extremely rare in the Compact! The interior has no holes on the seat cheeks and is also in a clean and good condition.

Contemporary modifications (M3-Compact Hommage):

17-inch strapping on original M3 sports rims (very good condition), original M-Technic front splinters as well as the original M rear strip in car color.

Incl. Winter tyre set on original 15 styling 18 aluminium rims.

Condition, bodywork & lacquer:

The vehicle was purchased by me in August 2023 as accident-free, accident damage is not evident. Engine hood, roof and tailgate have the original coating thickness.

Due to the beginning of corrosion at the rear wheel races (known topic) This end 2023 is repaired professionally, lacquered and preserved in a hollow space. A new original fender from BMW was installed on the front left.

The general state of lacquer (light red) has conventional signs of use and light stone chips in the front area. For over 31 years and running performance, it is really good and fresh.

The typically sagging E36 roof sky was completely renewed in 2024, including the A-pillar linings.

In 2025, the cylinder head and the control chain drive were checked preventively on the M42. In addition, the lighting machine was renewed. The engine runs well and has full power.

Service history:

From 1995 to 2003 (up to 91.495 km) regularly waited at BMW München. The works were then carried out according to the stamp via ATU Munich. Since my purchase in August 2023, I have done the maintenance myself. All works and parts are fully documented via collected invoices and a detailed Excel table.

I am the 5th hand (of which the first 27 years prove in family ownership: Heinz Kurt S. until 1997 and Kurt Harry S. until 2022).

An absolutely respectable, value-stable and very favorable oldtimer.
