A genuine French classic with distinctive character: This Citroën 2CV 6 AZ Série KA was placed on the market for the first time on 09.03.1981 and is approved as a Swiss veteran vehicle.

The legendary Deux Chevaux, in Switzerland lovingly known as Döschwo and in German-speaking countries as duck, is one of the most famous French classic cars ever. The large retractable fabric folding roof, the characteristic crutch circuit, the mechanical operating elements and the air-cooled two-cylinder boxer motor ensure an original driving experience with a distinctive character.

Typical for this Classic Car are the freestanding round front headlights whose height can be adjusted from the interior. The fresh air passes through the adjustable flap directly below the front panel into the interior. There is also a lockable tank cover, a JVC DAB radio and a separate Garmin navigation device.

The hammock seats characteristic of the 2CV with elastic suspension are equipped with gray fabric covers. Together with the simple cockpit and mechanical switches, they convey the authentic classic car feeling that distinguishes this French classic.

The 2CV6 is driven by the proven A06/635 two-cylinder boxer motor with a displacement of 602 cm. The power transmission is effected via a 4-speed manual circuit with a crutch circuit to the front wheels. With only 560 kg of empty weight, this vintage car does not focus on pure performance, but lightness, simple technology and the special driving feeling of a genuine Citroën Ente.

Another special feature is the exceptional chassis with coupled single wheel suspension on the front and rear as well as horizontal helical springs in spring pots. The long spring paths provide the typical body movements and the amazing driving comfort of the Döschwo.

The large retractable folding roof provides a wonderfully open driving feeling in beautiful weather. Four doors, four seats and around 220 litres of trunk volume make Deux Chevaux surprisingly practical despite its compact dimensions.
