Citroën Acadiane 2CV Duck H license plate restored 12V LED

There are cars. And there are vehicles with character.

This Acadiane clearly belongs to the second category.

She was not bought to stand in a garage. She was driven to the hardware store, to the office, to the baker or simply for an evening round. This is what it was built for. Anyone who knows an acadian knows: You rarely reach the destination without someone smiling, waving or starting a conversation.

Unfortunately, my boat will need the pitch in the future. That's why I separate from her.

What was done

The Acadiane was extensively built in 2021/2022 at FranceTec / Duck Frisch including new engine.

Among other things, bodywork, welding work and many assemblies were renewed or revised. Numerous original and new parts were installed. The history is extensively documented.

Regular maintenance took place at Citroën Dicks in the Old Country. The vehicle is just as well known there as at FranceTec. If you want, you can inquire about the vehicle there.

The complete body was treated with Brantho Korrux 3in1 in RAL 1015 light elves bone. For me, one of the biggest advantages of this vehicle: If a small quirk is created somewhere at some point, it is simply sanded on and repainted. No hue search, no expensive painter exactly so should be an honest vintage car.

Spare parts

Many shy away from the supply of spare parts for classic cars.

In the case of a duck or acadian, it is the other way around.

Just look for 2CV spare parts. There are specialists with catalogues of several hundred pages almost every part is newly available. This makes these vehicles surprisingly uncomplicated in everyday life.

Condition

Of course, this is not a museum vehicle.

It is an honest, well-kept Acadiane that has been driven regularly and therefore also has small traces of use. That is what makes them sympathetic.

Technically reliable, immediately operational and without a craft character.

Why I Sell Them

Only due to lack of space.

I don't have to sell them. If there is no buyer who appreciates her as much as I do, she stays the same.

If you are looking for a perfect glossy restoration, you will surely find somewhere.

But if you are looking for an honest Acadiane with comprehensible history, good technology, excellent spare parts supply and a lot of charm, you should definitely look at it.
