Known defects / need for repair

The vehicle has visible signs of use corresponding to its age. I am aware of the following shortcomings or pending work:

*Tooth belts must be changed * Oil pan must be changed * An axle cuff must be changed * rear window wiper is broken and needs to be replaced * Key/remote control for central locking no longer works * Passenger door doctor * A wheel must be renewed because the spare wheel is currently mounted

I would like to list the shortcomings I am aware of in an explicitly transparent manner. Further shortcomings, which I do not know, cannot be ruled out.

The vehicle is sold as a used vehicle with the mentioned defects and corresponding repair needs.
