Sell a spacious Ford Galaxy(2.0 TDCi, built in 2008). The vehicle is fully ready for use daily. I sell the car, because I simply lack the time and patience to finalize the electronics after the part exchange. The car jumps great and drives but is a perfect project for craftsmen, mechanics or for export that can stop the car. The following expensive NEW PARTS have recently been installed: Diesel particle filter (DPF): Completely new. Difference pressure sensor: Brand new sensor including new hoses to the DPF. AGR valve: New valve including housing and electronics. Charge pressure controller: New vacuum box/actuator of the ESEN SKV brand. What needs to be done (current problem): Although the parts are new, they still have to be properly coordinated. Since the new charge pressure controller (actuator) still runs, the system runs unround and the control unit throws faults. For this reason, the DPF regeneration is currently very common. I have no time to take care of the vote. Repair on the engine block: The cast iron engine block had a hairline look state on photo. This was coated during repair work with the metal polymer Belzona 1212 and glued to special industrial adhesive, see photo. The current optical state after the bonding is clearly visible on the photo. Legal notice: Private sale.
