NOTE: From now on, the new EU law requires the following note: "I only sell used goods at my auctions/offers, unless otherwise described." These goods are from my private property and I do not pursue any commercial purposes with my auctions. There is no bill for this. Since now also private sellers have to provide a guarantee for one year, if they do not exclude this, I hereby expressly declare that I do not accept any warranty, no guarantee and no return for my privately auctioned articles, also a revocation is excluded. By purchasing / submitting a bid, you expressly agree to completely waive the warranty / guarantee / take back / revocation of second-hand goods that you are legally entitled to under new EU law.
