Error image: The engine starts and runs when the oil filling cap is opened. Strong smoke/exhaust gas pressure then emerges from the open oil filling opening (strong blow-by pressure in the crankcase). When the oil lid is closed, the engine is suffocated and goes out. There is hardly any exhaust gas coming from the exhaust pipe at this moment. Work already carried out: The diesel particle filter (DPF) was professionally burned out, cleaned and thoroughly in a specialist company. Intake bridge and AGR valve were cleaned. Flameproof seals (copper sealing rings under the injectors) were renewed. Turbocharger was checked. In this state, the vehicle is not ready to move and must be picked up with a trailer/car transporter.
