2009 MINI Cooper Cabrio Cooper 120PS

The vehicle has been in our possession for 14 years and has always been well maintained and inspected by specialist workshops. It now has some signs of use and smaller blessurs like small parking damage. The following defects are known to us: - Engine needs a relatively large amount of oil (we fill a little every 2-4 weeks). - Coupling is due soon (according to workshop). - Air conditioning doesn't work. Otherwise, the condition is according to the age and the driving performance.

Private sale: The sale is made with the exclusion of property liability. The vehicle is sold as visited and rehearsed, in its current state. Any liability for defects in property is excluded. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent behaviour as well as in the event of injury to life, body or health. A guarantee or property agreement shall not be accepted.
