2012 Nissan X-Trail T31 4x4 TÜV 06/28 AHK

I sell my reliable and well maintained Nissan X-Trail T31, which has been loyal to me since 2012.

The vehicle is both technically and optically in a very good condition. The transmission as well as the motor run perfectly and without known defects. The interior is always maintained and kept clean, this is a non-smoking vehicle. I have transported my dog in the trunk with the dog separation grid, so despite careful cleaning a few dog hairs can still be present:)

Since I was 1. Owner of the X-Trail I can tell a complete vehicle history are 14 years after all.

The most important things short and short.

- Servicebook maintained in warranty period with maintenance in contract workshop - Followed by me or a workshop properly maintained - Marder damage in warranty period has been fixed directly without further problems or defects - Wear parts were exchanged regularly - Annual oil change

Recently renewed: - Battery 2024 - V-rib belt 10/2025 - Front wing 10/2025 - Front axle cuffs 10/2025 - All-weather tires 4x 2025 - Brakes + blocks 02/2026 - Oil change + filter 02/2026 - Fuel filter 09/2026 - Air filter 09/2026

The vehicle has optical signs of use corresponding to the old and running performance, but no damage. One or other scratches in the paint will definitely find the one or other small stone strike on the bonnet. On the back left there is a carpenter, there is the plastic lace.

The car has accompanied me safely and reliably both on long distances on holiday with roof tent and in everyday life. The 2Liter engine was not only austerity but also powerful for all travels.

Two small things: - Wind deflector hi.Li missing - Window lifter vo.li goes only sporadic
