History and maintenance:

I purchased the Corsa on 02.03.2017 with 63.248 km. Before my mother took him, a more extensive inspection was carried out at this mileage level. These were renewed or carried out:

Belts

Clamping roller

Water pump

Air filter

Ignition plugs

Oil change

Filters

My mother used the Corsa for short trips and shopping until her death. Despite the low driving performance, according to my knowledge, the car was still regularly brought to a Bosch service in Tostedt for inspection and maintenance work. Unfortunately, I have no proof of this later work.

After my mother died, I took over the Corsa and drove the last several thousand kilometers myself with it. I can therefore judge the car from my own driving experience: it has proved to be reliable and technically well functioning at this time.

Since the purchase in March 2017, the mileage has risen only from 63.248 km to 81.037 km today. Even before 2017, according to the information available to me, the vehicle was mostly in the hands of older people and was driven rather little.

The automatic transmission makes the Corsa comfortable and uncomplicated in urban and everyday traffic. From my point of view, it is very suitable as a beginner car, second car or cheap everyday vehicle.

Paint, bodywork and known defects:

The red paint looks quite good for the age of the vehicle as a whole. However, the Opel-Rot of this time is somewhat sensitive and can become or fade with time. My recommendation would therefore be to polish the paint once a year. This allows the color to be refreshed and preserved.

According to my knowledge, grate is located essentially on the rear left wing. The relevant posts are clearly visible on the photos. In my opinion, this is an optical body deficiency and not a grate on a supporting component. The jobs could be upgraded or repaired if necessary. I do not know any other significant grate points.

In addition, the lever for the high beam is somewhat emptied. I do not know other essential technical problems.

The Corsa is over 30 years old and naturally has corresponding age-related signs of use. It is not an optically perfect collector's vehicle, but an honest, cheaper and reliable used car with very low running performance.

The reason for sale: I get a company car at 01.10. and therefore no longer need the Corsa. The sale is not due to a technical problem known to me. Without the company car, I would drive the Corsa.

Sightseeing and sampling are possible upon request.
