Passat 1.6 TD SB, 80 HP, built in 1990, H-mark

For sale is a very well maintained Passat 1.6 TD SB with 80 hp, H sign and an original running performance of about 206,000 km.

A vehicle in this original and honest condition with detectable running performance is still difficult to find today. No emergency sale.

Equipment: Servo steering, ABS, central locking, fog lights, electric mirrors, 5-speed transmission, rear armrest, adjustable rear seats, original VW radio and clean interior. The roof sky was re-covered, very good all-year tires.

History: Many years owned by a family and passed on after a death within the family. For about 4 years in my possession. Old TÜV reports, service booklet and several invoices are available. The contact with the previous owner continues.

Technique: The engine jumps very well and runs clean. The toothed belt set has been renewed.

Pressure builds up in the cooling system and the hoses become hard at higher speed. Thermostat, water pump, compensating tanks and thermal switches have already been renewed. A workshop could not detect exhaust gases in the cooling system. A new cooler is delivered.

The body can be visited from below and, in my opinion, is practically ready for the TÜV demonstration. All available documents, vehicle history, invoices and TÜV reports are included.

Of course, the Passat is not a new car, but a 36-year-old classic that still needs love and care.
