2000 Volvo V70 2.4 / 200 PS 346.126 km fahr...

We sell our Volvo V70, built in 2000, with the 2.4-liter petrol engine and 200 hp.

The Volvo has run about 346.126 km, was driven quite normal by us until the end of July, last used for a family holiday. He jumps very well and drives perfectly.

We sell it exclusively because the V70 has become too small for our now larger family. Otherwise we would have let him be repaired.

Despite the high running performance, the car makes a good impression mechanically. Engine, manual transmission, drivetrain and brakes work well.

In recent years, important things have been done:

The car did not pass the last main investigation in May 2026. An official TÜV report has not been prepared.

The two known points:

AU did not pass: The workshop suspects the catalyst as a possible cause. A precise diagnosis or repair has not been carried out so far.

SRS/Airbag warning: The SRS/Airbag warning cannot currently be deleted. As a possible cause, the workshop suspected a contact problem on the plug under the driver's seat. Whether there is only one contact problem has not been further investigated.

Other minor defects:

- Engine sweats something, otherwise no known leaks - few rust points or rust bubbles; the largest place is on the outside of the driver's door - after our observation the rust points have hardly changed over recent years - smaller fire hole in the driver's seat - a location of the dashlight does not work - Switching knob is tapped - exterior mirror has a damage to the housing that already originates from the previous owner - Rear mirror started (see photo)

The Volvo is accident-free.

Our wish: We find that the V70 still has a very good substance for its running performance and is too bad for slaughtering or underskirts.

Anyone who can screw himself or knows someone who knows about older Volvos gets a big, comfortable and still ready V70 for manageable money.

Due to the non-existent HU/AU, the car is sold explicitly as a vehicle with known defects and without current HU/AU. The mentioned causes for AU and SRS are merely the assessments of the workshop and no confirmed diagnosis.

Sightseeing and restricted test drive (missing license plate) are possible upon request.
